There are many different forms of meditation and each has its own theories, observations and benefits. It is up to the individual to decide which type of meditation suits their lifestyle and whilst I practise a variety of styles as we are continually changing, they are not held in any belief system.
MINDFULNESS STILLNESS BASED MEDITATION
When we are Mindful, we bring positive states of mind into the present moment and this can be accessed more beautifully with conscious breath. We learn how to become more aware of our body sensations, our feelings and thoughts, whilst being aware of our environment whether we are sitting or laying down. When we can do this as a daily practise, I believe our lives can be celebrated more in those moments and becomes conscious living.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AND SPIRIT DRUM CIRCLE 101
Do you like to meditate and have an interest in the power of music ? Can you clap your hands to the beat ? Then come and join us.....
One of the benefits of drumming is that it is great to release stored tension and stress. It also reduces the patterns of anxiety and depression and is held in a beautiful safe sacred space of a small community group where you can explore your own creative expression and come and have a lot of FUN whilst also meditating.
No experience is necessary in fact its preferred as this group is 101
LABYRINTH WALKING MEDITATION
The labyrinth has been used as a meditational tool for discovery and self awareness for centuries. It is Mindfulness in action and has been called a ‘spiritual walk’. Wherever we are on the path of discovery is exactly where we are meant to be and there is no right or wrong way to walk the labyrinth and there is no where to get lost, only one path in and one path out.
Enquire about the different labyrinth walks, workshops or full moon labyrinth walks and events . There are facilitated walks led by Karen and other open days which you are able to walk the labyrinth unsupervised by donation. INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT 101
These are a series of 8 weeks of guided visualisation meditations, one per week, which incorporate intuitive development, psychic protection and information about the subtle energy system including the aura, and chakras leading you to a path of self development and enquiry. Perfect for the beginner starting on the path of discovery.
SIT IN STILLNESS AND COMMUNITY BREAKFAST
Come and sit in stillness, with your own breath in a community group for 30 minutes around the labyrinth, finishing with a silent labyrinth walk and group breakfast. Check events calendar for times or enquire.
